An accommodation with potential if cleaned!

Pros: Communication from the owner The location Car parking Cons: When we arrived, the carpets were filthy and litter behind the sofa. The washer in the kitchen still had bedding and towels inside (presumably from the previous guests). The wash cycle which had been used was a quick-wash which has a maximum temperature of 30°C. Accommodation bedding should be washed at 60°C The wifi didn't work and the toilet on the first floor didn't have a door handle on the outside. The accommodation has great potential it it was cleaned to a better standard.

Convenient and close to main highways

Awful - to the extent we didn’t stay!

Pros: Not much - which resulted in our deciding to drive home rather than stay overnight Cons: It is described as ‘Luxury’ - it certainly is not - I now understand why no photos of the actual property are included! The property was dirty, including rubbish left on the side in the kitchen, a filthy oven and serious staining in the bathroom toilet. The sink in the bathroom had no plug - just an open pipe, no external handle on the cloakroom / toilet door, the televisions didn’t work to name but a few issues. The property overall would benefit from a deep clean and in many places renovation! Park
