The house was perfect for our visit to a family party 20 minute drive away.
Pros: The property was up a quiet cul- de-sac with easy parking in front of the house.It was well equipped, nicely furnished with new bathrooms and smart kitchen. Downstairs W.C. And utility area with new washer and tumble drier. Large fridge/freezer was v welcome. Thick towels and smart bedding. Cons: Coat hooks in the porch would have been handy.

Good for a larger group of friends.
It was a good place for a group of friends or family to stay. The rooms were all good sizes. The garden is a suntrap. It was an affordable option for us to drive to the NEC from.

This was an ideal location for work - a real home from home, parking and house facilities were everything you need, we just wished we weren't working such long hours and could have enjoyed the house and garden more!
Disappointing stay - would not return
Pros: Key pick up was very easy and straightforward. The kitchen was kitted out sufficiently for everything we needed and there were plenty of towels. Parking for 3 cars was good Cons: Communication from the owners was very slow and it took them a few months to come back to a query at the time of booking. When we arrived at the property the fire alarms were not connected. I then went to connect them and they constantly alarmed. We managed to get the owners contact details from the welcome pack and were told that they were disconnected as to not annoy us during our stay and that they would
