Nice spacious property all mod cons and questionable ground floor showers.
Pros: Good location for NEC - nice spacious property Cons: Ground floor showers were not good
Excellent

Totally shocking
Pros: N/a Cons: 1 Star – Avoid if you expect reliable communication This was one of the worst booking experiences I’ve ever had. I booked this property to accommodate our group while attending a concert. The accommodation cost £212, which was taken from my account on 1 July. Our agreed check-in time on 4 July was 3:00 p.m. On the morning of our stay, I contacted the host to ask for the key code and was told it would be sent nearer the check-in time. It never arrived. While travelling the 50 miles to the property, I repeatedly emailed, messaged and phoned the host requesting the key code. E
An excellent base for a group.
Pros: An amazing property with loads of space for our group, a bedroom and bathroom each was quite a luxury. Lots of parking space. Lovely conservatory and sitting room. Cons: Towels were not very fresh, possibly due to being stored in drawers. Couldn’t find a hairdryer.
October here averages 10°C, with around 78 mm of rain across the month.
