Fine for our purposes and other than next door a quiet neighbourhood
Pros: Walking distance into the centre and parking outside. Easy to get to by car. Cons: There appeared to be domestic issues next door and we were kept awake from 4am till 5am by a very loud angry man. Thankfully the next rant was early evening just as we were going out.

Pros: Spacious, and good location with very good off street parking Cons: There was a maggot infestation on the matt when you entered the property and the sofa's smelt damp

Comfortable stay in convenient location
Pros: Nicely decorated, 2 bathrooms and a downstairs toilet a big plus, beds comfy, kitchen well equipped. Easy to walk into Birmingham. Great communications from the host. Cons: Garden would benefit from some furniture
