Great location but question "luxury"

Pros: Location was excellent Rooms were a good size and comfortable Cons: Nice enough but not really luxury (some of the flooring in the kitchen was missing by the doorway, the shutters had seen better days (one only had one hinge - possible health and safety issue as it was at the top) It was clean but could probably do with a deep clean parts were a bit dusty!

Pros: Location and roomy. Cons: Scaffolding for roof repairs impacted view/privacy. Made it difficult to leave windows open for ventilation.
