Great location and views, but personalised communication and building maintenance need improvement.

Pros: The location of Luxury Oasis – Level 27 in Casino Towers was excellent, with easy access to restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. The deluxe river views from the balcony were outstanding and a real highlight of our stay, particularly from the 27th floor. The apartment was comfortable, providing room to relax. The inclusion of free parking was also a valuable benefit and made our stay more convenient. Cons: The information we received consisted entirely of automated messages. Homely vibe

Pros: The location. Cons: The check in process was rather tricky. It could have been cleaner.

Disappointing. Upon arrival we learnt the facilities were closed. We didn't see that upon booking.

Pros: I liked the fact it was near the shopping precinct but other than that we won't be staying here again. Cons: The fact that the facilities were closed, that the area was unclean and there was a lot of party people around and homeless people and the kids felt unsafe there.

Pros: Location was great and apartment size was good. Cons: Apartment was showing signs of wear and tear. The hallway smelt very musty but did not smell inside the apartment.
