Misrepresentation. Simple. What you see is NOT what you get. This is just a standard Hotel room.Not an 'Apartment' at all. The 'Kitchen' is on the floor below and is shared with all the other rooms, it's not your kitchen. So if someone else is using it, forget it. Didn't find it until late evening. Family room? Sorry didn't see it. Parking? If you have a small car and want to be out before 7 am, then yes, park outside, otherwise a 10 minute walk minimum( and l walk quickly) or £31.00 for 10 hours at the station. Pros: Location - very near shops.. Comfortable.Owners responded quickly to any issues/queries. Cons: Shared kitchen. Some guests kept making mess and staff had to clean up after them. Awkward having to carry cooked food up a flight stairs to my room. Shared washing machine. There was no mention that the one machine was shared between all 16 rooms and used by cleaning staff to wash the sheets. Had to contact owners to agree a time I could have access.
