Luxury Super-King Bed Apartment in Central Northampton

Nice place to stay

That its a seperate apartment

Cancelled booking on day of arrival without no prior notice

Pros: Nothing Cons: Poor communication and customer care. They didn’t reply to the messages we sent on the app and on the morning of our stay, we contacted booking.com to say we haven’t received our check in instructions, only for the host to tell booking that the property hasn’t been cleaned because their cleaner is on holiday. They had plenty of notice for our stay to even hire a temporary cleaner to ensure our stay could go ahead but they did nothing. No warning, no notice and zero care! Ruined our trip.

Pros: It was close to the event I was going to. Cons: The back view. Plus, the time I came at night, I couldn't have my night shower; there was no water. Tow nights in a roll no water

Comfortable and central location.

Pros: Fabulous central location. Comfortable, quiet and well equipped. Cons: Stairs are a bit of a trial, there’s no lift. But well worth the climb.

Tranquil

Pros: Good Cons: The bed could be better.
