Everything in the room was comfortable and well done, except for the uncomfortable warm temperature. Nice staff.

Pros: The location, cleanliness, friendly staff. The security measures were great, but a bit frustrating. After a long day of travel it would be nice if one of the staff would take us to our room and show us to our rooms and explain door combinations, AC, etc work. They told us at the front desk, but still very confusing trying to figure it out on our own. Cons: The rooms were extremely warm, it seems that the AC was kept at about 75-80 degrees F. Not comfortable sleeping because of the heat.

This place was a godsend

This place was a godsend. I needed to find a place quickly that was nice but inexpensive, and this hotel was so much better than I could have expected. Rooms were clean and nice and I even had a little balcony. The wifi was solid and they gave you free Nespresso that was stocked every day. I'd recommend this place to anyone... and the location by Campo Pequeno was also great.

Hot, Not at all restful, frustrating.

Pros: location was convenient Cons: no staff on site. Air conditioning was not working. No-one onsite to address the issue. phone calls and messages on Whats App were unanswered. We left as soon as we were able to find alternative accommodation

Ok.

Pros: Close to the airport. Ideal for catching return flight home. Shower was great. Cons: Room was quite small. The mattress was on a soft side, not exactly comfortable.
