Disappointing

Pros: The pool Cons: The amount of 'out of order' signs across the resort. Staff seem pissed off too.

Lovely staff, terrible hotel cleanliness

Pros: Breakfast was good, great variety. Staff throughout the resort were unbelievably welcome and friendly. Cons: Room was filthy, so dusty we had to take antihistamines throughout the duration of our stay. We found 3 hair bobbles across the room from the previous occupant. My son and I were both bitten by something in the room on our first evening. Not the cleanliness I expected from such a well known brand of hotelier Pool was quite dated, steamroom out of services and showers didn't last long and were quite cold. Lift in our hotel was put of service for the 4 nights of our stay

Pros: We arrived with friends and realised we'd booked into different hotels on the site. Luckily we were able to change the booking so we were both in the same hotel and the guy at reception did this no bother. Swimming pool and soft play were great for the kids. Location was perfect and breakfast was fantastic. Cons: The only bad points were the bathroom bin hadn't been emptied from the previous guest and the shower only seemed to have one setting.... absolutely boiling!

Cons: The mattress was very uncomfortable
