Spa/hell
Me and my husband have stayed here twice before and was great hence why we returned for a third time. The room was great, it was comfy and clean. Majority of the staff were friendly and helpful. But….if you are looking for a relaxing spa break do not stay here. The pool area was absolutely full of kids, it turns out that this hotel is available to book as part of the paultons park package. There must have been about 20 kids in the pool and some of them were even using the sauna and steam room where all of the adults were trying to hide away from them. Confusing air conditioning/ heating unit . Breakfast was definitely not worth the money . Potato cake awful , hash browns would have been better . Bacon fatty . Found out too late scrambled egg could have been requested. Paid extra for upgraded room , it had bad water marks on ceiling in bathroom from old water leak from above and permanent stained toilet bowl .

The hotel seemed quite shabby for the price we paid. Our room was dark and quite uninviting. The breakfast was limited and not what I’d expect from this chain hotels.
