Perfect stay! ❤️

Lovely hotel in beautiful characterful old building just opposite New Street station - I had super comfortable quiet room on higher floor as requested. Great air con & room fridge both appreciated in August heat. Such nice staff - Mimi on reception was especially helpful. My new go to for future stays in Birmingham!

Lovely hotel, great staff

Pros: Room was nice and in keeping with expectations, little bit noisy at night. Hotel was nice and staff were exceptional, made us welcome and ensured we had a great stay on a special occasion. Cons: Hard to think of anything
