Older style hotel in a good location
Pros: Good location, quiet rooms, staff in restaurant friendly Cons: Room was cramped and fittings generally dated. Car got hit in the car park.. spaced small.. but not hotels fault
Pros: Staff Cons: Shabby facilities

The staff were amazing and polite and helpful.
Pros: The grounds Cons: The amenities were quite old. Plus they don’t answer their front desk calls. I rang in vain after I left about my clothes that I left behind but one ever picked the phones. I even rang the other Berystede who tried to reach them on my behalf to avail. Very disappointing. The customer service number online isn’t functional. This is not good marketing.
Stunning hotel in convenient location.
The decor and character were very attractive and unique. The entrance hall is particularly immpressive,
