Great location and resort, will stay again

Pros: Nice resort hotel, comfortable room, great location and nice breakfast, Cons: Nothing

Serving staff are very hard working.

Pros: Breakfast was average could have been hotter Cons: Bedroom was not cleaned during my stay also it needs decorated.

Pros: Convenient for us.Big bed was good. Cons: Breakfast not the best heating in room was not working and window blew open. Room was next to lift which made a lot of noise.

Pros: Hotel was comfortable enough, the facilities could have been better if in the one place, but obviously the layout and design is the problem, swimming pool in an other building, spa facilities in an other place, the dining room for breakfast in an other place Cons: Although it was an Italian themed restaurant, they have to have better chairs as a metal chair is always cold and the wooden ones were not much better, going out the hotel to a conference centre for breakfast, not great, breakfast choice could have been better with possibly black pudding and haggis, some of my irritions

Lovely hotel, beautiful room, very nice breakfast.

Pros: Thought the room decor was beautiful. Cons: A tourist bus stopped outside the hotel at 7.15 am to pick up guests and sat with its engine running for at least 10 minutes. Early morning wake up I didn’t want. Following buses did the same.
