Pros: Overall, we loved everything. Cons: The only thing we didn’t like and didn’t meet the standards of the rest of the hotel was the cheap 1 ply toilet paper.

Great stay!
Pros: Amazing staff and beautiful facilities. Cons: The story tours were not advertised or explained accurately. The one I chose (gin tales) was not included but only told this when booking. This should be explained on check in.
