About this hotel

Lovely hotel, shame about the unhelpful receptionist

Pros: Lovely quaint property in a great location. Valet staff very friendly but reception staff not. Rooms very clean and spacious. Cons: Shower cold most of the time. Reception staff quite rude and unhelpful when we wanted to rebook the car valet.

Pros: Location is the only thing it has! Any hotel at this price point should have a chair/sofa/settee in the room!!! Not a desk chair with wheels! Also not the cleanest place I’ve stayed. Cons: See above!

Great for a few nights only

Pros: Location was excellent. Valet was great. Bed was very comfortable and the queens size room was very big. Cons: It wasn’t the cleanest and it needs some general fixing.
