MainStay Suites Dallas Northwest - Irving

Breakfast was outstanding!

Upset with booking here. We arrived and they put us in a room that was not clean. The handle to the door was also broken

Cons: It was in a rough area

Pros: Lots of amenities like a microwave, dishwasher for the price of the room, it's really great! Cons: Just update on Booking that there is NO need to reserve a parking spot. Because I got a little stressed trying to reach the hotel to reserve a spot but in the end, it's not necessary, it's free

I don’t like it

Pros: Nothing Cons: Many appliances not working, staff kept me waiting so long to check me in after my hours of driving, bed cover is old
