Pros: Location. It’s charming old design. Cons: Parking had some sand in it. Slippery hazard. The electric points were hard to find.

Pros: Lovely kitchen. Heaps of space for a family of 4 or 5. Great location. Good communication. Cons: A little dark in the house but that was because it was the basement/ground floor.
