One of my favorite hotels in the world
Pros: The decor, the service, the coffee basket delivered to the door each morning… literally everything! Cons: Nothing
Pros: Beautifully designed. Cons: TVs don’t work.

Great stay BUT read the fine print
Pros: The hotel itself is gorgeous, great location for an easy walk into town, and cannot speak highly enough of the staff there. They were all so lovely- also love the complimentary wine and cheese night! Cons: My only issue with this property is, which is also a fault of my own, I booked this for 3 adults via booking.com, the room was described as a "triple room" twice in the description and stated "one bed". Of course, one would assume that also means a pull out bed, it didn't. Considering how much we spent on this hotel I was disappointed with this "miscommunication" or "miss selling". Aga
This hotel is a one of a kind “take your wife for a special occasion” type of hotel
Pros: Everything was wonderful! The hotel is gorgeous, and the staff is excellent. They went above the expectation to Make our stay special. My wife said anytime we are back in New Orleans we won’t stay anywhere else. Cons: There was nothing we found unacceptable
