Weekend city break

Pros: Ideal location short walk from the station , very friendly helpful staff , spacious rooms great breakfast amazing value for money Cons: There wasn’t anything I disliked

Fabulous hotel

Pros: Location is superb, within a minutes walk from Grainger market. We were kept informed pre arrival and given chance to either check in online or at reception on arrival. Chose to check in online and staff at reception were friendly and helpful,. Was informed about 40 minutes before our planned arrival time that our room was ready. Beautiful, clean reception, foyer, lifts, corridors and room. Superb room with an inner view, not the atrium but nevertheless there was nothing to give any noise and disturb our great nights sleep in a super bed with super mattress and crisp, clean sheets.
