Pros: The location and was reasonably clean. Cons: Beds were soft and lumpy. Pillows brick hard and staff no interest when I asked if they had any softer pillows. Plumbing noisy, poor sound insulation, tiny windows. Had asked for higher floor if possible was given room on floor 2 from 6. Nothing about it suggests 4 star. Stayed 2 nights tea/ coffee etc not replenished on day 2. Don't do on line check in if you use the bag drop as you need to still stand in check in queue to get your bag back. Saves no time. Pleasant stay, would book again

Pros: Great location, comfy rooms, friendly staff Cons: When the rooms were cleaned the used teacups weren’t replaced so we had to wash them up in the bathroom and the loo roll wasn’t replenished so I had to go down and ask for it, then carry it back through the hotel 😂

Great hotel excluding bathroom cleanliness

Pros: Good location, decent size room and very good breakfast. Cons: Property doesn’t clean shower cubicles. Feels like standing on sand because of the build up of dirt and the plug holes are disgusting. Completely let the property down
