Pros: The outside of the building and it's location were good Cons: The hotel itself was quite jaded, rough around the edges and unloved.

Comfortable.

Pros: Location. Free car parking. Cons: Ventilation fan in the bathroom ran continuously - we mentioned this to reception.

It was a perfect location, staff were very pleasant but the service at breakfast was disappointing

Pros: Brillant location and staff were very pleasant and extremely helpful Cons: Rooms were very dark, whilst I get the whole Malmaison vibe, I just think it's a bit dated and could do with a refresh. Breakfast service was poor, constantly had to ask for milk jugs and refresh of fruit compote, there was also limited choice of bread for toasting, just standard white and granary. Self serve coffee machine was broken 3 days of the 4 and meant we had to ask for coffee
