Great location, clean, need door draft excluders

Pros: Location Cons: Not enough staff available at desk or bar Our deluxe room had awful noisy draft at the door. It was cold and whistled

Just what we needed

Pros: All great with bonus free cocktails and amazingly helpful staff all round. Bar atmosphere was brilliant and lovely restaurant Cons: Expensive parking with no discount is all I can say

Nice short stay lovely surroundings

Pros: Nice room , lovely reception area Great staff Cons: The toilet flush was faulty in the bedroom

Comfortable, looks great. Service could be better.

Pros: Decor was good & it was comfortable Cons: Breakfast, service was poor and the cooked option was cold when it came out & was clear it had all been hot held, rather than cooked to order. We expected better. Once we were sat, we had to wait 10 minutes for our order to be taken & could see orders being taken from guests who sat way after us! We had to call a staff member over.
