A really nice hotel
Pros: This is a very nice hotel. It is lovely and quiet and very well maintained. Cons: The hotel is very close to Piccadilly station (which is very convienent), but is actually on a two lane carriageway (it has very good windows so you co not hear traffic noise). It is not quite in the smaller streets of the centre. It is a very short walk from those!
We were there for my wifes birthday & the hotel upgraded our room....this was very generous of them, everything about the hotel was outstanding. I can highly recommend.

Pros: Great location and lovely hotel. Cons: We ordered room service, and even though the food turned up quickly, unfortunately it was cold and not edible.
