Lovely comfortable stay.
Pros: The staff were excellent. Really polite, welcoming and helpful. You felt so comfortable. Restaurant staff were fantastic The reception staff were great at listening and helping with problems. Cons: View from my window.
Pros: Great location for Aviva Studios as right opposite. Great building with interesting history. Good breakfast and decent sized, comfortable room. Cons: Staff at times somewhat indifferent. Parking payable and very limited.
