Very poor.

Pros: Location Cons: The lift reeked of shit. The fire alarm went off at 4 am

Added to a great short stay for a first time in Manchester.

Pros: Great location for a walk from Piccadilly train station & into the city. Modern property, looked great, was clean & a nice Indian restaurant/bar joined on. Felt safe as you need to use your room key to get up to the hotel rooms. Cons: Nothing, all good 😊

Great hotel for the price

Pros: Funky decor, welcoming staff, generally a good environment. Approx 7 minute walk to Piccadilly station. Also an easy walk to the northern quarter and market street. Breakfast was reasonable. All in all very good for the price point. Cons: My room had an odd sweet smell. I couldn’t figure it out and didn’t really notice it until I was in bed, at which point I wasn’t getting out. So in fairness the hotel didn’t have chance to rectify. I think it might have been the bin. Smelt like off milk. Bin probably been emptied but not cleaned

"Unlucky with the room"

Pros: Bed comfy, room clean. Reception staff friendly. Quirky deco. Convenient for Piccadilly train station, good location. Cons: Our room was horrible! Dark and depressing, window overlooking air conditioning units. All other rooms were on the other side of the corridor, assuming with city views! Difficulty sleeping due to constant noise outside, like having a tumble dryer going all night. Didn't want to have to start moving rooms at 3am, that's if there were any (no phone in room, just a QR code to scan). Mentioned to Reception when checking out and was told we were unlucky to get that room
