Excellent hotel and staff, some minor adjustments would make it exceptional.
Pros: The location of the property is incredible. It is well-designed and the breakfast is especially good. The staff generally were very helpful and the service was strong throughout. Cons: I think a few small things were unfortunate. When you are staying at a place like this, in this bracket, you really should not have to wait for a place by the pool — that reflects poor planning around guest numbers and chairs/beds. I also think the pool should open earlier than 9am as morning swimmers then have to choose between breakfast or the pool, and likewise it should stay open after 7pm. From basica

Wow what a let down , service so bad , attitude appalling. For sure they don’t understand the word Guest
