We had the most amazing stay. Very short but very sweet!!

Pros: The calm. The wonderful courtyard garden. And the staff really made it: they were exceptional. Going above and beyond. Cons: Loved every second.

Always an exceptional brand

We stayed here for a couple of nights. Check in and check out was efficient and prompt. All staff very friendly. Rooms spotless and well equipped with toiletries. Lots of charging points catering to UK and US plugs plus newer USBs. Very well located for an easy walk to Duomo, other sights and a plethora of restaurants. Concierge helpful with restaurant recommendations. Plenty of cafes nearby for a quick breakfast. A very comfortable stay.
