Pros: The hospitality and the clean mess and the fantastic design of the rooms Cons: Nothing … if you can improve something that is the breakfast, especially the selection of food
We had the most amazing stay. Very short but very sweet!!

Always an exceptional brand
We stayed here for a couple of nights. Check in and check out was efficient and prompt. All staff very friendly. Rooms spotless and well equipped with toiletries. Lots of charging points catering to UK and US plugs plus newer USBs. Very well located for an easy walk to Duomo, other sights and a plethora of restaurants. Concierge helpful with restaurant recommendations. Plenty of cafes nearby for a quick breakfast. A very comfortable stay.
