Cons: No me gustan las habitaciones en entretecho. La mía fue recibida como “upgrade” pero no lo sentí así. Yo quería una habitación alta y elegante, con ventanas.

Special treatment as always, thank you team

Pros: The best is the staff. Starting from the door. Reception, concierge and the treatment in general. The hall is beautiful. The rooms...! I prefer! The old Ritz. It is very good but it has changed. However, the beds, bathrooms, facilities, delicious welcome cake, everything is perfect. Cons: More Mandarin, less Ritz
