Very convenient, comfortable and friendly place to stay

Pros: We’ve stayed at this hotel on other occasions including when it was new to the accomodation market Cons: Everything is fine although it’s starting to show the results of normal fair wear and tear from customer use since it was built. A repaint of the bedrooms to freshen it up will probably need to be part of their maintenance programme.
