Misleading cancellation policy and unacceptable room cleanliness—I would not recommend staying here.
Pros: The location is convenient, but unfortunately that was the only positive aspect of our stay. Cons: The room was extremely dirty and not properly maintained. The pillows smelled bad, the blankets were stained, and the entire room had an unpleasant odor. There were also cockroaches in the restroom, making the room unsanitary and unacceptable. We decided to leave shortly after checking in because we did not feel comfortable or safe staying there. Despite the listing advertising free cancellation, we were still charged half of our booking amount after canceling due to these unacceptable cond
