Great location, but broken facilities and noise where an issue

Pros: The location was great Cons: The fridge was smelly (it had recently broken and been replaced; however, the rotten food smell permeated the apartment for the whole of our stay) The shower head was broken There were no tea towels These were reported to the reception but not rectified during our stay. Our biggest concern was the noise from the upstairs neighbours. They live in and have small children. There was running and bouncing of balls late into the evening and very early in the morning. We spoke to reception about this and they responded that they were aware of the noise from

Pros: 글쓰기 A Wonderful Stay at Manson Place We booked this hotel at the last minute because of the heatwave. I was a little worried because there weren't many reviews from Korean travellers, but it turned out to be one of the best places we stayed in London. The air conditioning was excellent, which made a huge difference since many places in the UK don't have it. Having a lift was also very convenient. The kitchen was clean, well-equipped, and perfect for cooking our own meals. The best part of our stay was the staff, especially Oliver. He was always kind and welcoming, and my son kept saying
