The location was excellent. Near theatres and some excellent pubs. Our room (apartment) was a good size and very comfortable. The staff were friendly. This was the first time my wife and I have stayed here. We will ve back.

wonderful

Pros: neat, tidy cosy. and comfortable with fantastic bathroom amineties Cons: being disabled I didn't realise I had to get up steps to the bathroom but as I enjoy staying at any Mantra motel I perseververed and didn't make it an issue. I didn't tell staff as I was so happy with room, husband helped me and we got through.

Pros: Excellent location for week in the city Cons: Fridge, beds and tv need updating. Cooking facilities are average. The staff were at times dismissive and unhelpful.
