We enjoyed the stay.

Pros: The accommodation was quite good. The apartment was well appointed with all the facilities that we required for our stay. The staff were really very good indeed. The car parking was easy. All the equipment worked as we needed it to. It was a quiet location. Its a short walk to the Perth Mint and coffee shops and although we didn't use it there is a Chinese restaurant on the ground floor of the building. It is on the "pickup" route of the Rottnest Island Express. It had two bedrooms! It has a good washing machine and dryer. Cons: While well appointed, it showed many signs of wear and tear

Good price for the size, but smells like mould and damp

Pros: The staff were nice The location was good and the room was very spacious. Cons: The ventilation in the room is terrible even with air-conditioning it smelt musky and like mould. There was mould in the bathroom and on the ceiling. The pool and gym made it look like it was an indoor pool but its open at the roof making the pool absolutely freezing. The gym. Equipment was rusty.

Great location, but the room did not have a nice feel.

Pros: It felt dirty and very outdated. Bed was lovely and clean though. Hot water and pressure was amazing. Cons: Cleanliness and state of furnishings. Needs to be refurbished.

Kids had a great time, park just down the road was great. Pool was good fun.
