would recommend to a friend

Pros: The room size was excellent. Bed was very comfortable. Big comfortable couch Cons: shower over bath, prefer stand alone shower. Some snacks, biscuits or nuts. Bigger glassware

Very friendly staff, the property was clean and the beds were comfy . Great location for Princess Theatre and general CBD activities.

could be better for the money

Pros: Nice hotel; Cons: the bed dipped in the middle. The noise from outside was very loud- they need to look at some way to reduce this, as we could not sleep till about 2am. The buffet needed to be refreshed by 9 am, all the hot food was over cooked/bacon grey, eggs chewy. The staff member was lovely, and the restaurant was kept clean .
