Comfortable hotel ideally located despite a restaurant below our expectations.
Pros: The location is absolutely ideal. We did a lot of things on foot. We had booked a suite (1 adult and two children aged 10 and 11), and the room was perfect for our needs (a large bed and a sofa bed). The pool is small but nice and child-friendly. However, in the evening, it gets really crowded.
Cons: The communication between the kitchen and the reception did not work. We wanted to use room service for dinner, but it was not possible to order online or by phone (always busy). When ordering at the reception, the delivered meal was not what we wanted. The hotel said they would improve this
