Pros: Well located, clean Cons: Informality at breakfast, the kitchen staff had not shown up due to an event the night before, other people had to come to assist, causing a significant delay in our departure.

A nice surprise
Pros: The rooms are very comfortable and spacious, overall the hotel is very good. I stayed there because there was no availability in downtown Santiago and I was pleasantly surprised. Cons: Breakfast could be improved. They do not have natural yogurt

Pros: Excellent warm and fresh atmosphere with a very good vibe and aroma Cons: I would recommend a better quality coffee brand to them
