Cons: Good room and clean but there was a horrible smell. Showers not v good. Front of house more interested in their social media.

Pros: Location was great, very easy access to everything. Apartment was very clean and comfortable. The staff on the front desk were the best, helpful happy and very welcoming. Would definitely stay again Cons: Little bit warm.

Disappointing stay – book a hotel instead.

Pros: Location is great, close to Canary Wharf, easy access to tube lines. Cons: Staying here was quite frustrating given the lack of basic preparation. Despite cleaning not being included, we arrived to find barely any toilet paper, no showel gel, no prepared towels, and a meager 5 coffee capsules provided for two people over a 5-day stay. Having to constantly beg the reception for bare essentials made for a very uncomfortable experience (which was not provided in the end). Basic supplies should be standard.

Ótima localização. Conseguimos fazer check-in antes da hora. Apartamento muito bem equipado. Recomendo.
