Super fint og nærværende hotel med fantastisk beliggenhed. Nemt med metro lige overfor. Ingen larm og støj og nøjsomt renoveret i gammel stil.

Pros: Rooms were spacious, comfortable large beds Staff were so so friendly and helpful Location very close to metro or 15 min walk to centre Cons: No iron in rooms which was annoying so had to pay externally to get clothes ironed after travelling Rooms are up steep stairs, fine for us but maybe be aware if needing accessibility requirements

El hotel es un encanto, la suite donde nos alojamos era preciosa, cómoda amplia y muy tranquila. El personal es increíble, todos se desviven para que no te falte de nada. Desayuno muy rico y muy bien organizado. Ubicación perfecta, tienes el metro al lado. Si volvemos a Oporto repetiremos. Felicidades a todo el personal del hotel ya que habéis conseguido que disfrutemos de la estancia de forma inmejorable.

Cons: Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel was quite disappointing, and overall I would not recommend it, particularly if you are considering booking the “Cozy Room” (Room 104). We stayed for 7 nights, and when we arrived, the room was considerably smaller than we had expected from what we believed we had booked. As we were staying for a full week, I asked reception whether there was any possibility of upgrading. I was told there was, but only for 3 of the 7 nights, at an additional cost of €300.
