Marrable's Farringdon Hotel

Schönes Hotel, gute Lage, aber es fehlte die persönliche Note.

Pros: Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut, zu Fuß erreichbar vom U-Bahnhof und dem Sadler Wells Theater. Das Zimmer ist hübsch eingerichtet und die Betten sind bequem. Das Zimmer hatte auch eine gute Schalldämmung. Cons: Beim Einchecken war der Service ziemlich gleichgültig. Keine freundliche oder herzliche Begrüßung und kein Blickkontakt Das Nachtpersonal an der Rezeption und das Restaurantpersonal waren alle sehr freundlich. Am nächsten Tag beim Auschecken war es jedoch ähnlich wie beim Einchecken.

Pros: more welcoming approach to regulars is required especially when I have spent more than £20,000 in the establishments. Cons: The staff in previous ownership made me extremely welcome. The new staff have no 'warmth' and take no real interest in the guests - they are just an invoice!

Pros: I was in the middle of a long journey and very tired. The staff were so kind; they helped me with everything so I could get some rest as soon as possible. They took good care of both me and my luggage. Cons: Dinner and breakfast were delicious, and the bed was very comfortable—exactly what I needed before my next journey, but this time well-rested. They even allowed me to check out late, so I could recharge without having to rush.

Everything about our stay was good.

Pros: The hotel was conveniently placed & it had everything we needed during our stay. The rooms we were clean and well laid out. We particularly found the bed to be very comfortable. Breakfast had a wide range to choose from and service was excellent. Cons: There was nothing that I didn’t like.

Excellent value for money given the location. Friendly staff, clean hotel. Would stay again.

Pros: Great value for money given the location and proximity to Farringdon Station. I didn't stay long enough to really get to know the hotel or the facilities, but it was super clean and the staff were great. Cons: Nothing.
