Professional & Thoughful

This hotel goes above and beyond to make you feel at home. The check in with Madison was easy. She was very professional and helpful. I had a big vehicle to park and Ray was kind enough to offer me a convienient spot for the weekend. The amenities were ample and the proximity to everything was great. I will definitely stay here again.

GREAT late-night check-in experience !

One of our worst travel days ever when our UAL flight to EDI was delayed from 6:40p till after midnight ( 5 delays), then cancelled. After horrendous rebooking experience and trying to get hotel info from airline, I happened to call MARRIOTT Chicago O'hare. Spoke to Phill. He was the nicest most helpful agent EVER. We stayed, he gave us a late checkout, and a nicely renovated room. Nice lunch, nice sit by pool while waiting for next attempt to fly ! Madison checked us out and was also super nice and helpful. Can't recommend this place enough. They also have a park, sleep, fly rate. Th

Breakfast omlet and service!

I recently had breakfast at the Marriott ohare airport.. I had the probably the best omlet for breakfast.. it was the spinach omlet with Brie cheese!and ham.. also the server Cristina was excellent..
