Pros: Wonderful staff. They couldn’t do enough for us and all greeted us by our first name as we arrived in the lobby each morning. Great location, 10 mins from Subway. Really big rooms and great views of the city and park. Great lane pool and jacuzzi which were open until 10.30pm. My husband and son wanted to try the golf area but it was for over 16’s only. He is 12, but it was a brilliant facility. We had a great stay! Cons: Felt a little far from the centre of Seoul, but only because we visited in the summer and the heat was exceptional!

Pros: 1. Comfortable stay 2. Convenient location for business meetings 3. Very clean 4. Nice free upgrade, 5. Excellent dedicated staff Cons: 1. Tube station still far away around 10min walk 2. Not much around (shops, restaurants)

Pros: 스파시설,청결도 Cons: 오래된 가구,침대코너가 뾰족해서 계속 무릎다침

Pros: All staffs were very kind. Very good location. Cons: Bathroom toilet bowl seat was too small
