Pros: Perfect in every way Cons: The price shot up due to air traffic control issues and Heathrow and a squeeze on London hotels. It was therefore very expensive.

Perfect structure

Stayed for business at this property and the experience was great: extremely friendly and qualified staff. To be recommended.

I am used to a 5 star experience but I got a 3 star

Pros: The property is understaffed , cleaning is done every 3 days so that is when towels are changed yet 3star hotels clean every day. I always stay there and have been going there for the last 12 years same apartments but they need to modernise. For 700 dollars per night they can do better. It will also be great to have staff who can speak English. When they clean the rooms they do not hoover. Standards have greatly fallen and not enough staff at the concierge. Right now I give it a 3 star. Cons: Modernise the hotel it needs full refurbishment. Recruit more staff especially Englis

Relaxing Break in beautiful surroundings.

Pros: The size and immaculate condition of the apartment. The bed was super comfortable and the bed linen and towels were excellent. Cons: Nothing not to like

great location for our needs, clean tidy, great facilities and very friendly staff

Pros: Everyone was so welcoming and couldn't do enough to help, it was clean and perfect for our needs. They even decorated the table with Mumma Mia decorations as we were going to the show as part of our trip. It was such lovely touch. Cons: I think adding service charge to a self service buffet is a little cheeky.
