Good hotel, but disappointing check-in experience.
Pros: The beds were very comfortable, and the place was clean and well located. It’s close to a mall with great dining options and also conveniently located near the airport. Overall, a very comfortable and convenient stay! Cons: Overall, my stay on August 29th was pleasant, but my experience at check-in was disappointing and somewhat stressful. I arrived around 10:00 AM with my wife and young son and explained that we only needed a room for the day, as our flight was at 8:30 PM from the nearby airport. I was offered the full-stay rate, which was fine, and I asked whether breakfast would be
