Pros: Room was clean and the location was good too - walk to train, restaurants, etc bed was comfy and shower was nice Cons: the banging noise - seemed to be when hot water was running or showers throught the hotel - it was loud ! made it hard to sleep at points - i was in rm 702

Excellent stay close to marathon expo but overpriced for 2 nights
Pros: Fantastic hotel for marathon weekend in Chicago - just 5 minute walk from the expo. Comfortable and large room, friendly staff and plenty of amenities. Cons: The hotel was of course extremely overpriced for 2 nights (due to the marathon) - I would like to see the prices drop for next year but don’t expect it to happen.
Pros: The location was very convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and transportation. Cons: Some of the restaurant reception staff seemed unfriendly and unprofessional. They often appeared to be in a bad mood, and their service was disorganized. This was disappointing and could definitely be improved.
