Awful
Cons: There were cockroaches in the room and they have refused compensation because i didnt take a picture…all the other rooms have had the same issue with cockroaches…who accepte spendin thwt much money to see big cockroaches in the room

WATCH OUT FOR YOUR PERSONAL BELONGINGS!!! – KEEP YOUR "DO NOT DISTURB" SIGN ON YOUR DOOR During a recent business trip, I returned to my hotel room and found my suitcase opened and its contents disturbed. I immediately checked my personal belongings and discovered that an item was missing. I went straight to the front desk to report the situation, but the front desk manager only stated that she would leave a note for her manager to investigate. it was nice 😊
it was a very nice and clean hotel, i just had a problem with the inside lock to prevent unexpected entry from staff or guests, the lock was broken like screws very loose causing the door to be compromised if accidentally opened from the outside. i reported it and security came to tighten the screws. i thought it was done, i checked later and it was still loose so we slept loosely because the door couldn’t be secured from inside. overall the room was clean
