Pros: 部屋が広く、設備も充実している 朝食も落ち着いた内容で、良かった 庭園があり、散策できる Cons: 特に無い 欲しいものは全て用意されており、不必要な物は置いていくないところが、ごちゃごちゃしてなくて良いと感じた

Pros: 環境優美,視天氣情況能在房間內直接看到富士山 大浴場設施充足,服務態度優秀,乘搭接駁車時會鞠躬直至車輛離開酒店大門為止令人感到用心接待 Cons: 入住時未有提醒有關門時間(12-6),導致12點後才回去後需要按門釣才有人出來開門

Pros: The staff were exceptional and very helpful. They really made stay feel special. The grounds were beautiful and I enjoyed walking around, taking a bath, and eating breakfast in the Japanese restaurant. Couldnt recommended this hotel more. Cons: The only missing piece was the footbath didnt have any water in it during my visit, I still sat down there to watch the nightly water show and had a good view though.

The room was stunning – absolutely huge by Japanese standards. It had a private hot-spring bath, and the Japanese-style breakfast was fantastic. You can also see Mount Fuji right from the window, or from the observation deck on the top floor. The hotel is close to Gotemba Premium Outlets, and you can get there on a free shuttle bus – the stop is right next to the hotel.
