Great value for money. Modern and has all the necessities
Pros: Great house. Perfect for a quick get away Cons: Onenm suggestion is to replace one of the large double beds for 2 twins.

Very basic accommodation with absolutely no frills.
Pros: We liked that it was near Mt Martha. Cons: Main bed squeaky, showers had mould and one of the pillow covers appeared to have blood on it. Not the owner's fault, but certainly notable enough for the cleaner to feed back to the owner. Top sliding door didn't lock and 1 of the bedroom blinds was jammed.

Pros: All good Cons: Since the rubbish bins are collected on Wednesday mornings, it would have been helpful if this notice had been given the day before. I only received the message on the morning, and the timing felt quite tight. There’s also a chance that guests might sleep in and not see the message in time, which could result in the bins not being put out for collection
