Pros: Room and ensuite were a very good size, comfortable, well equipped, nice if rather quaint decor. Air conditioning was very effective and we were able to set it to a comfortable temperature. Convenient location, very central in the old city and near a bus stop. Cons: The receptionist who checked us in was rather abrupt, he stopped short of outright rudeness but was not at all friendly and didn't even acknowledge my partner. Lots of stairs with only one route to our room in the annex, which was inconvenient with our suitcases.
