Expensive for little luxury/comfort
Pros: Good location. Host easily reachable. Nice dining and drinking options nearby. Cons: Much less luxurious than in the photos. The apartment needs a thorough cleaning and renovation (large floor pieces damaged, mold in the shower tray, dirty windows, loose hanging cupboard doors, kitchenware needs to be renewed...). The requested crib had no mattress so we had to buy one ourselves.
It was suitable for four nights, not bad in terms of value for money, but could be cleaner.
Pros: In terms of accessibility, the location is very good: a few minutes to the metro, bus. The apartment is equipped and spacious, perfect for 5 people. Cons: The area did not seem very safe, we did not like walking outside after dark. There was a lot of noise, strange characters, beggars. The accommodation was not the cleanest, the cleaning was superficial, the water did not drain in the drain because it turned out to be clogged due to a lot of unremoved hair. Pros: Estaba limpio, cerca del transporte público, con mucho espacio. Cons: Nos sentimos inseguros debido a los constantes gritos y la presencia de numerosos hombres afuera del apartamento en las primeras horas de la mañana. La televisión no funcionaba y no la arreglaron a pesar de que lo solicitamos al principio de nuestra estancia.
