Everything was very good. Two large, very clean, well-equipped, quiet rooms with direct access to a charming little garden. Excellent location. Perfect for a family.

Excellent value and decent too
Pros: Great location, quiet room at the rear of the hotel that was spotless and had good facilities. Cons: Stairs fine for me but lack of a lift might be troubling for some.

Excellent location and value for money!
Pros: Clean, good facilities and amazing location that is super close to Baker Street station. Overall excellent value for money! Would definitely return when I’m next in London Cons: There is no lift and we were on the 4th floor. This wasn’t an issue for us, but just be aware if you struggle with stairs!
